Product Development Manufacturing Staff Engineer


Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia - OSRAM OS Penang


What we expect

Lead & governance cross functional development team to develop processes and integration for new products and execution per project plan. Manage project for manufacturing integration and readiness. Execution per project plan for all build & qualification activities. Plans and administers work, ensuring maximum productivity and cost efficiency from development to product realization. Lead in ensuring BOM setup, line steering readiness, production system readiness & proper documentation readiness for mass production. Prepare periodical report for stakeholders on the project status.
Who we are looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Material Science, Physics or equivalent. at least 2 years of related working experience in semiconductor industry. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage. Experience in Product Development processes. Good knowledge in Semiconductor Product Development and Manufacturing.
