Position: Product Manager

Salary Range: RM8000-RM12000

Key Responsibilities

Product Planning & Strategy

? Develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business goals.

? Conduct market and competitor research to shape product features and positioning.

? Design end-to-end product solutions including game mechanics, UX, monetization

models, and risk control.

Requirement Analysis & Prototyping

? Demonstrated ability to independently analyse complex requirements and produce

comprehensive, high-quality Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

? Create wireframes and interactive prototypes using Axure, Figma, or Sketch.

? Lead requirement reviews sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Project Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

? Collaborate with development, design, and operations teams for on-time delivery.

? Manage development timelines, coordinate iterations, and ensure optimal

performance.

? Supervise product testing, QA, and final acceptance for high-quality release.

Data Analysis & Continuous Optimization

? Monitor KPIs such as user behavior, engagement, and betting metrics.

? Collect and integrate user feedback to enhance product functionality and retention.

? Stay informed on industry trends to fuel innovation and maintain competitiveness.

Requirements

Industry Experience

? Minimum 3 years of experience

? Experience with payment gateways and SMS integration is essential.

Technical Skills

? Proficiency in prototyping tools: Axure, Figma, Sketch.

? Strong technical documentation skills (PRD writing).

? Understanding of front-end/back-end development for effective collaboration with

engineers.

Soft Skills

? Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

? Excellent project management and coordination skills.

? Data-driven with a strong focus on user experience and business performance.

? Highly responsible, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure.
