Work with stakeholders to develop product features based on requirements
Lead product approval process
Train sales teams (internal and external) on new products or if there are product enhancements/changes
Drive sales teams to achieve product sales, including scanning opportunity for alternative sales channels
Work with analytics on customer leads management
Lead marketing plan to grow products
Ensure marketing expenses are effectively tracked/controlled and expensed
Monitor and measure top as well as bottom lines to ensure KPIs are on track
Identify and implement necessary actions/plans to keep KPI on track
Work with Finance & Projects Team to build report/analytics template on a periodic basis
Qualifications
Minimum Degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing related and/or Banking
Minimum 5 years working experience in Personal Loans, Cards, FMCG or a combination
Marketing and product development experience will be an added advantage * Able to work cross functionally and with people of all levels as well as with agency and suppliers
Strong inter-personal, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
