Job Description

As a Product Manager, you'll lead the development and implementation of product strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, define product roadmaps, and execute initiatives that drive growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management, a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products, and experience in agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with company goals. Identify customer needs and create customer-centric product solutions. Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver successful product features. Analyze customer behavior and product usage to inform decisions using quantitative and qualitative data. Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories and requirements. Define and track key performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing maintenance. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption and integration.

Job Requirements:

Minimum diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field 4-5 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching and managing successful products Experience working in agile development environments and using product management tools such as JIRA, Miro, etc Good understanding of user experience and technical knowledge Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Passion for creating customer-centric products and delivering exceptional user experiences Experience in SAAS or B2B related products and added experience with POS system will be great advantage

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
