As a Product Manager at Soulusi, you'll be responsible for shaping product strategy for a key area of our job platform, whether that's the job seeker experience, employer tools, matching algorithms, or platform growth. You'll work with close support from senior leadership to identify the most valuable problems to solve, lead a cross-functional team to ship high-quality solutions quickly, and drive measurable impact for both job seekers and employers.
Job Duties:
Collect qualitative and quantitative data from both job seekers and employers, always looking for deeper insights into their needs and workflows.
Use those insights to effectively create the best possible value in your product area.
Anchor decisions in data; use data insights to evaluate and inform the story you tell.
Understand FUARE or similar usage metrics for your product area and use that data to inform decisions.
Stay aware of what's happening with competitors in the job platform space and analyze the problems they're solving to inform you of your strategy.
Own your team's roadmap; develop a confident point of view based on multiple inputs.
Create alignment within your team and with critical stakeholders (cross-functional partners, manager)
Demonstrate clarity when articulating problems and aligning the team
Actively contribute to exploring multiple solutions; effectively represent tradeoffs to drive scoping decisions
Facilitate effective scoping sessions with your team and clearly document decisions
Consistently run betas
Drive a consistent shipping cadence for your team
Job Requirement:
3-5 years of product management experience, ideally with some exposure to marketplace, platform, or two-sided network products.
Bachelor's degree (technical degrees such as Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or related fields preferred).
Track record of delivering impactful product launches and improvements.
Experience managing products through the full product lifecycle.
Strong data analysis skills; proven ability to work with complex datasets and make data-informed decisions
Experience leading cross-functional teams (design, engineering, data, marketing) to achieve goals and milestones
Demonstrated ability to gather and integrate diverse requirements from multiple user types into coherent product strategy
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bring clarity to complex topics for both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing at scale
Agile/Scrum certifications
