Job Description

Ownership of the software products and software implementation Unit.

Resource capability planning & management for new recruitment, staff career development.

Maintain effectiveness and efficiency of the unit's operation including the project execution.

Manage the production support incident SLA and resolution

Provide technical direction and guidance for the software product development

Manage the software development life cycle for the product version release.

Oversea project travel opportunity.

Qualifications and Related Experience

Degree/ Master in Information Technology or related field

Preferable experience with banking industry project, financial payment, or financial reporting knowledge.

5 years working experience in software development industry, 3 years in management position.

Possess good interpersonal, written and communication skills, and positive working attitude

Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skill

Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods

Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
