Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the implementation and after-sales service of financial application systems.
Conduct training for the implementation and delivery of financial products such as securities.
Participate in product requirement prototyping when necessary, coordinate and communicate with development, testing, and UI teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Act as a subject matter expert by providing consultation during solution development, enhancement, and launch cycles, engaging with clients, business partners, and merchants to explain integration processes, offer recommendations, and address technical requirements.
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in in Information Technology/ Financial Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in a Pre-sales / Business Analyst / System Analyst role with an in-depth knowledge of financial products offered nationally.
experience with financial products or financial business system software development is preferred.
Proficient in Chinese and English (must).

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
