General Responsibilities Acts as the platform owner and subject matter expert on ServiceNow Has strong technical capability and understanding of the ServiceNow platform Manages the overall implementation, licensing, processes, programs, controls and governing standards of ServiceNow Understands the needs of IT and the business units with respect to ServiceNow, and translates those needs into functional requirements for implementation in said platform Proactively and strategically manages the platform roadmap of ServiceNow and other Business IT Services service platforms according to the needs of IT and the business units Manages the usage and functionality growth of ServiceNow through Agile sprints Works directly with all teams in the business in the area of providing technical and strategic expertise with regard to ServiceNow Recommends processes and standards of working with ServiceNow that benefit the business Provides continual training avenues and other means of communications to ensure optimal knowledge and best practices of ServiceNow within IT and the business Configures, develops, and provides technical setup assistance on things in ServiceNow according to the requirements and needs of IT or business stakeholders Works with third parties to ensure is continuously running at optimal performance Manages cost licensing and renewals for ServiceNow Ensures all usage playbooks and processes are properly and sufficiently documented Keeps abreast of technical trends and best practices with regard to the industry, the service platforms, and other similar tools/solutions in the market for benchmarking purposes Demonstrates ability to communicate well, influence laterally and horizontally, and manage key stakeholders Pays high attention to detail and is able to effectively analyze and conceptualize requirements and processes Functional skills & knowledge At least 5-7 years working experience with ServiceNow Strong platform technical knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Highly experienced in operations environment Strong stakeholder management skills Good technical grasp of architecture, analysis and design Good knowledge of Agile a plus Education Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science
