A global Pharmaceutical company with active engagement in research & development, manufacture, import, and export of Vaccines and Specialty Care products. Its originated ethical portfolio spans the therapeutic areas of oncology, metabolic, anti-infective, CNS, urology and transplantation.

Market Strategy

• Develop innovative marketing strategies through research and identifying market growth opportunities and strategic business planning, market analysis, tactical sales support & product management
• Formulate, direct and coordinate cost-effective marketing activities and policies to promote the line of product to both healthcare professionals and, where appropriate, patients
• Collaborate with the commercial team by providing marketing inputs and preparation of the annual budget for marketing communication expenses for the assigned product segment

Market Development

• Execute product launches, create or enhance sales tools, develop and execute tactical programs, and establish distinctive competitive positioning for product line
• Execute the brand plan within the marketing mix (Medical Education / Conferences, Public Relations, Patient Awareness Programs, etc.)

Stakeholder Management

• Identify new opportunities and cultivate professional relationships with national groups, key opinion leaders, and critical product champions to enhance product promotion further.
• Regular field visits to maintain relationships with customers, KOLs, and industry bodies relevant to the performance of the Business Unit

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in related discipline.
• 3 years of commercial experience in biopharmaceutical industry
• Experience in covering vaccines portfolio is highly preferred.
• Able to analyse complex scientific data in the context of pharmaceutical industry
• Proficient and fluent in English and Malay (spoken and written), with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High sense of urgency, planning and action and result-oriented,
