A product manager is a key role within a company responsible for overseeing the development and management of a product. Here is a typical job description for a product manager: Responsibilities: - Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer needs, and company goals. - Conduct market analysis, including competitive analysis, to identify opportunities and gaps in the market. - Gather and prioritize product requirements customers, and market research. - Develop and maintain a product roadmap, including feature prioritization and release planning. - Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery. - Define and analyze key product metrics to measure product performance and inform future product enhancements. - Conduct user testing and gather customer feedback to iterate and improve the product. - Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. - Train and support the sales team with product knowledge and sales enablement materials. - Monitor market trends, technology advancements, and industry developments to identify new product opportunities. - Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, by communicating the product vision and value proposition. - Communication channel between company and product manufacturer / principal - Focal person for product related enquiries and project - To advice of product price list, stock list and after sales support Requirements: - Proven experience as a product manager or similar role in a software or technology company. - Strong understanding of product management principles and practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable plans. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools. - Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Location : Pahang, KL, Johor Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline).
