Responsibilities: JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: You will report to the Head of Marketing - DSS. You will work on our flagship SaaS product (DataSense). Market Research and Competitive Analysis Conduct market and product category research to identify trends and the competitive landscape. Analyse trends and market data to help the product team make informed decisions on the product roadmap. Identify gaps in our product coverage and features which have latent and explicit market opportunity. Product Positioning Develop and refine the specific product positioning that matches with the DataSense core value proposition. Build the product messaging that resonates with all target segments at the decision-maker and buyer persona. Collaborate closely with product management, sales & revenue teams as well as brand & marketing comms teams to ensure consistent communication of the DataSense core value proposition. Voice of Customer (VoC) Be the unified Voice of the Customer for our flagship DataSense product. Build and execute on product marketing frameworks that ensure frequent feedback cycles for internal DSS teams focused on customer insights, customer needs, customer advocacy and customer feedback (NPS). Establish KPIs to measure the VoC framework. Ideate and execute on case studies, testimonials, and referrals. Own this part of the DSS marketing calendar. New Product | Feature Launch Plan and execute effective product and feature launches, working closely with product management, sales & revenue, and other marketing teams. Work with DSS Sales Enablement to ensure all teams have the required product knowledge, coaching and sales collateral for all new product and feature launches. Product Marketing Comms Plan and execute effective product marketing comms to all existing clients and pipeline prospects. Comms via Direct Marketing (EDMs and / or CRM Lifecycle campaigns) include new product and feature launches, monthly newsletters, and product migration / upgradation updates. Work closely with the DataSense product managers to plan and update the Product Blog. Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree with at least 7-8 years of total B2B or Consumer Marketing experience, out of which at least 2 years must have been in a Product Marketing role, within an internet company in Southeast Asia. Experience in Product Marketing will be preferred for this role. Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in an online startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment. Must be able to work independently most of the time and think strategically when approaching tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and able to effectively network with clients and within the PropertyGuru business. Coachable attitude: Should be willing and able to learn about the PropertyGuru platform, the multiple DSS products, processes, and stakeholders extremely fast. Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly. Should have a deep desire to excel and develop a career in a high-growth tech startup. Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties. An in-depth understanding of the real estate market and ecosystem players in Malaysia is a plus, but not mandatory.
