• Good command of language in English & Mandarin (as the job requires to handle Mandarin speaking market)
• Degree in any Food Tech, Food Science, Nutrition, Dietician, Biotech, Chinese Medicine or similar studies
• Proven work experience in health /food product management/development or as an associate product /merchandising manager
• Ability to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills
• Possess good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge and working experience in retail and E-Commerce industry will be an added advantage

Tanggungjawab

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability in alignment with company goals
• Identify market trends and consumer preferences to create a compelling product portfolio that meets the unique needs of the retail healthcare industry
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, delivery schedules and product development while maintaining strong relationships
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing overstocking and stock-outs
• Regularly analyze sales data, product performance, and customer feedback to make informed decisions on assortment adjustments
• Plan and execute product launches and promotions, coordinating with marketing to develop impactful campaigns
• Implement cost-effective sourcing strategies to maintain product quality and comply with industry regulations
• Provide product training to retail staff to ensure they understand product features, usage and best sales practices
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging products to capitalize on new opportunities
