Job Description

The Product Operations Analyst works closely with the product team, including Product Owners and Product Managers, to drive more effective collaboration, efficient decision-making, and user-centered thinking.Streamline repeatable processes to maximise productivity

• From interpreting user feedback and conducting user interviews to designing a product roadmap, Product Operations identifies opportunities to streamline repeatable processes.

Maintain the right resources (including templates, tools and vendors)

• From user story templates to survey frameworks, Product Operations ensures resources for Product Owners and Product Managers are right and made easily accessible.

Facilitate communications and collaboration across the business

• Ensure everyone is on the same page (including communicating the strategy and vision, cross-organisation alignment on product processes)

Analyse data into insights to create better products

• Provide critical support to capture, review and analyse data. These insights are used by Product Owners and Product Managers to make better informed decisions.
• Provide thought leadership to Product Leadership with a view to influence product strategy and drive innovation through business outcomes.

Optimise onboarding

• Optimise onboarding process to help new Product Owners and Product Managers get established quickly.

• Tertiary Certificate/Degree qualification
• Five years proven Product experience (in Product Owner or Product Manager role)
• Preferably at least two years\' experience in Product Operations or Data Analyst role
• Proficient in collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and presenting data through tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel and SQL
• Proficient using Jira Software as a project management tool

• Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
