LOCATION : Southgate Commercial Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
REPORTS TO : Head of Business Process Excellence
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
As a Product Performance Manager for the platform, you will be part of the regional Business Process Excellence team based out of the Central Operations office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will be a leader at the forefront as this role would require strong collaboration across various teams and be the focal point for all product topics related to Service Operations in APAC. In this role, you will be responsible for linking key operational and business insights to the various products, to help shape pragmatic solutions that solve local problems and can also benefit the global platform. This entails supporting the central operations team and working closely with product org in understanding and prioritizing initiatives on a continuous basis.
