Product Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 Viatris Malaysia

Key responsibilities include:

• Accountable to develop business plan that is aligned with Viatris sales strategies and objectives.
• Have a deep understanding in the respective area and priority products. Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors.
• Establishing segmentation & targeting to incorporate into the business plan to align Viatris range of products with the right patients through the right customers.
• Responsible for ensuring high levels of productivity through field visits or calls to the customers.
• Build strong customer relationships with the objective of maximizing sales volume to achieve sales targets and market share of designated products on a given territory.
• Leverages on commercial programs, literature, and other items to ensure physician awareness of Viatris products.
• Differentiate products from all competitors and responds to customer issues confidently and appropriately.
• Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

Academic, Experience & Knowledge Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree required; Science degree is preferred.
• The ideal candidate should be technically knowledgeable with a minimum of two years\xe2\x80\x99 sales experience; preferably in Pharmaceutical sales.
• Fluent and proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Have strong negotiation and analytical skills.
