s \xc2\xb7 Primary responsibility for creating the demand of Adventa Products in the hospitals, through doctors and members of the allied medical profession (nurses, pharmacists and purchasers) recommendations and endorsement. \xc2\xb7 Likewise, responsible for convincing the hospitals to use and purchase Adventa Products in the hospital - pharmacy, operating room, ICU, NICU, ED, surgical medical wards and clinics. \xc2\xb7 Manage, motivate and develop the required assistance in order to be competent in our task and smooth execution of the marketing plans. \xc2\xb7 Ongoing monitoring of marketing plans issued and reporting of any variances to the manager in charge. \xc2\xb7 Provide monthly reports on sales performance, competitor\xe2\x80\x99s activities and conducting educational programmers to the healthcare professionals. \xc2\xb7 Ensure proper implementation of promotional plans by following guidelines outlines in the promo cycle bulletin. \xc2\xb7 Monitor all aspects of a product lifecycle, including long/short-term product development and marketing. \xc2\xb7 Work as a team to gather in-depth knowledge of products versus the current competition out in the market. To gain increased revenue, product specialists must be able to identify new market opportunities.
