Responsibilities:

• Work with Process Mechanical Engineers, Technicians and Assemblers for product line transfer and sustaining of current production line.
• Involved and/or responsible for creating test plans, developing manual, conducting test reviews, generating test reports and support team with his/her experience.
• Involved in continuous improvement in the software validation process and test automation projects.
• May direct the work of third-party vendors and/or partners to meet contract specified delivery, performance or business objectives.
• Participate actively in Continuous Engineering Improvement and NPI; influencing the design of the product to ensure manufacturability and conformance with global supply chain and leading the transition into production.
• Perform in depth and structured Failure Analysis on customer failures and implement necessary improvements to improve overall product quality and reliability.
• Plan, evaluate, recommend and conduct engineering evaluations or special builds in support of business growth objectives and supply chain optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Product and Manufacturing Engineer, preferably for instruments or integrated systems.
• Knowledge in Industry 4.0, Big Data Analytics and SPC is highly desirable.
• Experience in product test methodology, test software and tester development.
• Possess strong engineering and analytical skills, as well as hardware troubleshooting skill.
• Experience in handling equipment like Programmable Power Supply, Oscilloscope, Power Analyzer, Digital Multimeter and Pressure Gauge.
• Strong team player, with excellent collaboration, oral and written communication skills.
• Programming and database knowledge (C#, Java, Visual Basic, ASP.NET, SQL and Labview) will be an advantage.
