Responsibilities:1) Production

• Specification confirmation and production inspection.
• Troubleshooting of production machines, grinding wheel dressing.
• Maintain production quality, yield and production capacity.
• 5S execution.
• Technical and vocational education and training.
• Yield and finished product rate tracking analysis.
• Quality abnormality analysis and processing.
• Production planning and scheduling.
• Product delivery estimate and reply.
• Resource allocation of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products in each district.

• Quality inspection of drill bits/milling cutters/rings (need to look at the microscope).
• Drill bits/milling cutter cleaning, inspection, ring mounting and other related operations.
• Inspection data recording and data maintenance (key into computer).
• Equipment instrument calibration and routine maintenance and upkeep.
• On-site management and monthly schedule scheduling.
• Inspection: daily/weekly/monthly report summary and submission.
• Quality exception handling (analysis, reply, tracking).
• New personnel education and training course implementation and training evaluation.
• 5S execution

• Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Malay and Mandarin
• Familiarity in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Advanced skills in MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage.
