To play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end process of video content creation. Be responsible for managing a team, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring the successful execution of video projects. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high-quality standards and achieving project objectives within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Collaborate with producer and business development managers to understand project goals, objectives, and creative direction. Develop comprehensive production plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Team Management: Coordinate a team of directors, editors, and other production staff. Delegate tasks and ensure efficient teamwork.
Production Coordination: Oversee all aspects of video production, from pre-production to post-production. This includes script development, casting, location scouting, equipment management, and production logistics.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently and cost-effectively.
Resource Procurement: Source and negotiate with external vendors, freelancers, and suppliers as needed. Acquire necessary equipment and resources for production.
Timeline Management: Create and manage production schedules, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet all deadlines.
Problem Solving: Identify and address any production challenges or issues promptly, seeking solutions to keep projects on track.
