\xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure that the manufacturing process is performed in accordance with GMP and Standard Operating Procedure. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain the manufacturing operation within laid down operating parameters in order to ensure the consistency in the produced product. \xe2\x80\xa2 To recruit and train Technical Assistant and below to support the manufacturing activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 To strive in ensuring no mistakes were done during manufacturing preparation to meet all specified requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure documentation related to IQ, OQ and PQ in manufacturing are maintained up to date.
