About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team at INTIGA SDN BHD. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation at Simpany Pulai Perak (

specialising in "Natural Stones"). As the Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and overseeing production activities to meet our Company's goals and customer demands.

What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain production schedules to optimise workflow and resource utilisation Coordinate with various departments, such as procurement, quality control and maintenance, to ensure timely delivery of products Monitor production progress and identify any potential bottlenecks or issues, implementing corrective actions as needed Analyse production data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any operational challenges Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality and environmental regulations Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and efficiency

What we're looking for

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a coordinator or assistant role Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and cross-functional teams Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, to manage data and create reports An eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt

Open to fresh graduates

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30AM to 6PM)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
