We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Production Data & Operations Coordinators to join our team across various departments in our production line.
Responsibilities:
? To provide administrative support in production data monitoring and reporting.
? Track and record daily production output and performance.
? Compile and analyze production performance data and generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
? Identify discrepancies or inefficiencies and escalate issues to superiors.
? Material request and inventory coordination.
? Prepare and submit accurate material requisition based on production schedule.
? Monitor inventory levels and usage to prevent material shortage or overstock.
? Assist in coordinating workflow within the department to meet production targets.
? Support real-time problem solving on the production shop floor.
? Assist in compiling production cost data, including labour, shop floor personnel KPI, material and overhead usage.
? Analyse production cost and propose improvement opportunities to reduce waste and inefficiencies.
? Perform general office duties as required.
Requirements
? Minimum SPM or higher education.
? 1-3 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
? Strong analytical and data management skills.
? Proficient in Microsoft Suites.
? Experience in ERP system will be an added advantage (SAP, Oracle or similar).
? Excellent communication and coordination skills.
? Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
? Possess own transport.
? Applicants must be willing to work in our Factory in Shah Alam, Selangor.
