Job Desription:-

1. Production Planning & Support

Develop and implement manufacturing processes tailored for high-mix, low-volume production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, purchasing, quality) to ensure accurate and timely production. Prepare and maintain key production documents including work instructions, process flows, and routing sheets.

2. Process Optimization

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on process efficiency, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. Minimize changeover times and optimize setup for small batch runs. Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and reduce process variation.

3. New Product Introduction (NPI)

Facilitate smooth transitions from product design to full-scale production. Conduct process capability studies, trials, and validation for new parts or setups. Partner with R&D and Design Engineers to ensure product manufacturability.

4. Technical Troubleshooting

Provide on-the-spot technical support to resolve production process issues. Perform root cause analysis and lead implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

5. Data & Reporting

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including cycle time, yield, downtime, and productivity. Ensure documentation and change control comply with ISO and internal quality standards.

6. Tooling & Fixture Development

Design or recommend jigs, fixtures, and tooling to support flexible and efficient manufacturing. Oversee procurement and maintenance of tooling assets.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
