Job Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day operations of both production and maintenance departments to ensure alignment with company goals. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are executed on time to minimize equipment breakdowns. Conduct root cause analysis for major breakdowns or quality issues and implements permanent corrective actions. Review and approve checklists, maintenance logs, production records, and operator documentation for accuracy. To plan & lead production supervisor to achieve output & meet quality standard. Provide technical support and training to production staff Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Preferably 4+ years' working experience which includes min 2 years of experience in food or aquaculture manufacturing. Good understanding of GMP, HACCP & 5S and industrial safety protocols. Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and production management. Well spoken and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia
