Responsibility :

Oversee day-to-day operations of both production and maintenance departments to ensure alignment with company goals. Coordinate with Production and Maintenance Supervisors to maintain a smooth workflow and reduce production downtime. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in both production and maintenance functions including 5S and GMP. Review and approve checklists, maintenance logs, production records, and operator documentation for accuracy. To conduct daily morning meetings and safety briefing. Conduct root cause analysis for major breakdowns or quality issues and implements permanent corrective actions. To manage and ensure to minimize the machinery downtime and constant looking into improvisation. Plan machine availability based on production schedules in coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor. To plan & lead production supervisor to achieve output & meet quality standard. To be responsible for all the production related activities and keep track on the progress/records. To ensure all documents are checked and verified before hand over to the production coordinator. Develop and implement new SOPs as needed to improve operational efficiency and safety. Any other task that may be assigned

Academic / Professional Qualifications :

Minimum: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Preferably 4+ years' working experience which includes min 2 years of experience in food or aquaculture manufacturing. Good understanding of GMP, HACCP & 5S and industrial safety protocols. Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and production management. Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and improving operational efficiency.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
