Injection Molding Operations

Oversee and manage daily injection molding production activities. Set up, operate, and adjust molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and tooling. Optimize molding parameters to ensure consistent product quality and minimal defects.
Quality & Compliance

Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to monitor defect trends and implement corrective actions. Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO, IATF, or industry-specific) and internal specifications. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA activities.
Process Development & Optimization

Analyze current injection molding processes and implement improvements to reduce cycle time, scrap, and energy consumption. Work closely with R&D and tooling engineers to ensure molds are designed for manufacturability. Develop and maintain process documentation (e.g., machine setup sheets, process control plans).
Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and downtime analysis. Generate daily/weekly reports on output, quality performance, and process KPIs.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a production or process engineering role within an injection molding environment.
- Hands-on experience with various thermoplastics and mold designs.
Experience with automation and robotics in molding operations is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
