:

Oversee the entire production process, from initial planning through to final completion.

Production Cost & Productivity Management:

Control and minimise concrete wastage. Monitor and manage the usage of consumables to prevent unnecessary wastage. Manage workforce manhours, including setting daily production targets and controlling overtime costs. Implement and enforce proper SOPs to ensure high productivity and quality standards.

Quality & Operations Control:

Conduct production inspections to strengthen quality control. Plan and arrange machinery and materials to ensure smooth production flow.

People & Discipline:

Promote discipline among workers by monitoring attendance, punctuality and work attitude. Coordinate with RCM for mould preparation activities. Work with the SY team to ensure finished goods are cleared from the production area.

Maintenance & Safety:

Monitor downtime and follow up with the Maintenance team on machine breakdowns. Ensure a safe, organised and tidy working environment, including proper arrangement of moulds and tools. Enforce daily housekeeping activities to maintain workplace cleanliness. Conduct weekly toolbox briefings with the production team. Prepare and submit safety incident reports to the Safety Department when required.

Training & Other Duties:

Provide guidance and training to team members. Perform any other duties or new responsibilities assigned from time to time as required by management. Verify and submit daily production reports accurately and on time. Work closely with designers to resolve any design-related issues. Coordinate with production planners to ensure production targets are met.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum three (3) years related working experience in Precast Concrete manufacturing. Knowledge in Quality Management System is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
