• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a production or engineering environment (Fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of metal works, steel structures, or prefabricated buildings is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate production schedules and workflow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or process issues on the production floor.
• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and quality standards.
• Liaise with design, procurement, and quality control teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Continuously improve manufacturing processes and reduce production costs.
