Job Description
:
Operate and monitor grinding plant machinery to ensure smooth performance and meet output targets. Work with the maintenance team to carry out routine servicing and fix equipment issues quickly. Enforce safety rules and conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe work environment. Ensure bottom ash quality meets required standards and adjust processes when needed. Lead night-shift staff and maintain accurate operation and maintenance logs.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering Experienced working in plant operation, troubleshooting industrial machinery. Ability to effectively communicate and literate in English and Malay Willing to be based in Kota Tinggi, Johor and be on standby.
