We are seeking a highly skilled

Production Engineer

to design, implement, and maintain automated systems in our flexitank production facility. The Production Engineer will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the smooth operation of automated equipment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement automation solutions, including robotic systems, PLC programming, and process control systems for flexitank production. Analyze existing production processes and recommend automation enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality. Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of automated systems to minimize downtime. Test and validate automated processes to ensure they meet performance, safety, and quality standards. Monitor production data from automated systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Ensure all automation systems comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and maintenance logs. Train production staff on the proper use and maintenance of automated equipment.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in

Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,

or related field. Proven experience in designing and maintaining automated systems in a manufacturing environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with safety standards for automated equipment and processes. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Able to work in shift.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
