Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY:

Lead Production Operations

Plan, lead, and manage the production team to achieve daily output, quality targets, and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Monitor & Optimize Performance

Track and review production performance regularly to identify areas for cost savings, process enhancements, and waste reduction.

Oversee Equipment & Maintenance

Supervise engineering and maintenance activities for production and utility equipment, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.

Preventive Maintenance Management

Lead the maintenance team in developing and executing preventive maintenance schedules to avoid major equipment breakdowns.

Develop Workforce Capabilities

Provide relevant training to enhance employees' skills, flexibility, and overall job knowledge.

Ensure Compliance & Safety

Promote strong leadership and discipline by adhering to company policies, safety standards, 5S practices, and ISO requirements.

REQUIRMENT:

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry

. Good communication skills in Mandarin (advantageous), English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Independent, proactive, and a strong team player.

Pay: From RM3,800.00 per month
