Plan, coordinate, and oversee production processes to ensure efficient workflow and resource utilization. Implement, monitor, and optimize automation solutions to improve production performance. Analyze production data and identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. Collaborate with design, R&D, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and support new product introductions. Develop and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Support troubleshooting of production machinery, robotics, and automation systems. Train production operators and technicians on new systems and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in production or manufacturing engineering (automation industry preferred). Strong understanding of industrial automation, robotics, PLCs, and manufacturing systems. Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent) and MS Office tools. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience with machine vision systems, robotics integration, or Industry 4.0 solutions.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
