Production Engineer

Job Responsibility:

Design and implement control systems, risk assessments, and FMEA to reduce costs and rejections. Define and maintain product quality standards for new and existing products. Apply Poka-Yoke and standardize measuring/grinding methods. Revise IPQA and provide SOPs and training to operators. Explore and test new grinding methods and technologies to optimize cycle time. Establish consistent process flows and controls using CPK studies. Coach, train, and support team members to improve skills and processes. Develop and update SOPs for new processes/products. Prepare and present performance and progress reports. Investigate customer claims, support QA, and implement corrective/preventive actions. Ensure documentation is systematic and compliant with ISO 9001 standards.

Requirements:

Possess at least Diploma in Engineering with 5 years' experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. At least 2 years' experience in Process Engineering or a related role would be an advantage. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and resolve constraints effectively. Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and use of measuring equipment. Proficient in MS Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; basic IT troubleshooting. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Team player, proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated.
