Vacancy: Production Engineer (PE) - Fulltime Industry: Battery & Charger Manufacturing Location: Seksyen 26, Shah Alam

Responsibilities:

Prepare & maintain Control Plan, PFMEA and coordinate related activities Conduct MSA studies (including GR&R) and propose improvement actions Prepare, update & control production work instructions and documents Support routine maintenance and tuning of production machines Troubleshoot defective battery packs and perform rework activities Debug production equipment (ultrasonic welding, injection molding, soldering, dispensing machines) Prepare, check, modify and validate fixtures & test kits for each product model Prepare technical documents, test procedures, checklists & validation reports Read basic schematics, prepare/fix testing cables & test jigs Execute production testing based on test scripts and record results Support label printing setup, adjustment & inspection Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Design or related field Minimum 1 year experience in Production Engineer or mechanical product design Able to communicate & write in Chinese and English Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD & MS Office Knowledge in plastic molds, product structure & manufacturing processes is an advantage Experience with PCB repair, production testing & debugging Strong teamwork, communication & responsibility Willing to travel to China for training
