JOB SUMMARY:

To manage PE project To establish Calibration activities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Monitor the actual process time and line productivity reported by daily report. Process Analysis and Improvement (Line balancing approach & red, green analysis) Study and report for new improved process/ new jig implementation (identify saving and ROI) Establishes and / or update related documents related to process (Work Instruction) Identify 4M change in Production process and issue 4M change form (provide detail information regarding changes) Involved in FMEA for new items. As a Window to Production for all issue arises related to process production Handle PE project (Wiring & PLC & operation) Monitor & Assist (when & where necessary) Calibration activities. Developing and optimization of test equipment in TEM Involved in PE Semi Automation project development. Assist in PE daily activities where and when necessary. Special Task given by Superior. Other relevant tasks as assigned by the Management.

REQUIREMENT:

Candidates with minimum 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing Background in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering (Bachelor) Active and proactive type of person Good in data analysis Good in PLC programming & CAD drawing Good in Microsoft Office especially in Excel Able to work independently Fast learner with good problem-solving skills Able to deliver tasks within timeline
