Job Description

This role will require the engineer to define and work out how the product will be manufactured and/or assembled on the production line including design of packaging, ensuring the right quantity of components/products are delivered and aligned to support the speed of the production line.

Job summary

Manufacturing Production Engineer has to oversee the end-to-end production process for our electrical finished goods. This role is responsible for the supply chain logistics, raw material procurement, and hands-on production management. The ideal candidate will combine technical electrical expertise with strong supply chain coordination to ensure manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and continuous process improvement. Coordinate procurement,work closely with purchasing to coordinate the procurement of all raw materials and electrical components. This includes reviewing material requirements and confirming supplier timelines to ensure continuous production. Assembly assistance: Provide hands-on engineering support and technical guidance to assembly technicians on the manufacturing floor, with a focus on electrical finished goods. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical and process issues during the electrical assembly process to minimize downtime and maintain product quality. Manage output plan: Oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly production output plan to ensure that production targets and customer delivery schedules are met. Supervise technicians: Manage a team of assembly technicians, providing supervision, training, and performance coaching to maximize productivity and maintain high standards.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field like mechanical, electrical, is required.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly role is encourage to apply.

Skills:

Strong problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal communication skills are essential .

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
