Job Description

:This is a full-time, Production Engineer/Production Manager role located in Puncak Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. As an Production Engineer, you will be responsible: -

• Ensure all production process meeting the quality, productivity, cost and delivery requirements.
• Reporting daily and Monthly Production Output and Rejection.
• Establish work procedures and conduct on job training to ensure effective working instructions.
• Conduct process control evaluation and establish process control parameter
• To work closely with Sales/Planner on the daily production schedule is meeting delivery order.
• To manage and control packing operation and store.
• To ensure all workers follow the safety rules and company regulations at all times.
• To assist Factory Manager for the following activities.

- To ensure high productivity and minimum wastage.- To implement training program for all the production workers.- To train/re-train them in their respective job functions.- To ensure output and quality of finished goods shall meet the stringent in-house standard.- To implement preventive maintenance for all production lines and the facilities.- To ensure good housekeeping and a safe working environment.- Upkeep of plant and factory environmental cleanliness and systematically manage all raw materials inventory control & waste disposal.- Ensure all factories consumable stock level are available at all times.- Any others assigned duties as required.Requirements

• Possess at least Min Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering and/or equivalent.
• Min 5 years of manufacturing industries and operations knowledge.
• Good management, leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable about Quality and Environmental management systems.
• Knowledge in process control and adequate supervisory skills.
• Able to lead a team of line technician & operators to achieve company goals.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skill, result orientated & hardworking.
• Systematic and positive problem solving approach.
• Good general computer operations skills and basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
