Job Description
REQUIREMENTS Possess positive attitude, self-motivated and self-discipline
Able to work independently under pressure and able to lead group of production operators
Proficiently in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
Computer skills especially in excel reporting
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible to oversee the smooth running of production line.
Responsible to lead, supervise and manage a team of operators in order to achieve targeted production output and quality specification.
Monitor and follow up production progress against production planned.
Ensure the production plan is aligned with material to ensure maximum efficiency.
Responsible to closely monitor and manage subordinates\xe2\x80\x99 attendance and discipline, provide necessary counseling and guidance where necessary.
Responsible to ensure compliance and adherence to Company\xe2\x80\x99s policies, work procedures and safety regulations.
Assist Director with daily operational task and work improvement initiatives.
