• Ensure the timely deployment of People development plan and assure the competencies of his/her team as per the agreed plan with PM (proper training including equipment, safety procedures, hygiene).
• Enforce strict compliance to standard operating procedures (SOPs) by all personnel within the shift.
• Coach employees to fulfil and exceed the requirements of the job through NCE approach.
• Ensure that the working areas are kept clean and are maintained in working order including all installations in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Check and enforce personnel hygiene & safety e.g. protective clothing (uniform), shoe change & hand wash.
• Ensure continuous line Controls and immediate corrective action to assure prescribed quality and to ensure compliance with manufacturing instructions.
• Ensure ongoing smooth operations of factory through effective employee and industrial relations management.
• Ensure that there is an adequate distribution of skills to enable production plan to be achieved effectively.
• Ensure adequate maintenance of the installations in coordination with quality, engineering & administration.
• To coach and motivate the team in the achievement of the SHE objectives.
• To contribute to the development of competence of SHE champions.
• Promote SHE awareness and commitment to SHE across the plant.
• ISO compliance - To manage and coordinate all ISO requirements to ensure a smooth operation in place.
• Support the adherence to all company principles, policies and requirements related to SHE.
• Support in compliance with SHE-related legal requirements.

What Will Make You Successful,

• Proved matured knowledge in food manufacturing or Degree in Engineering or any other related field.
• Had a relevant work experience either during or after studies.
• Good attitude to work and ability to interact with people.
• Demonstration of leadership ability by leading a project within a factory environment.
• Demonstration of Leadership skills in positively confronting inappropriate behavior and using everyday coaching to ensure involvement of the workforce.
• Previous professional experience across safety, health and/or environmental areas.
• Experienced in ISO and a Greenbook holder would be an added advantage.
