Job Responsibility

To plan, organize, monitor, and control the production lines to ensure the products are in good quality and fulfill the specifications and requirements
To ensure smooth running day-to-day operations and activities in meeting customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements
To arrange and optimize manpower resources effectively
To minimize the wastage, loss, and reject rates
To lead, monitor, and supervise the subordinates
To prepare reports
To undertake all duties and responsibilities as instructed by superior

Requirement

Candidates must possess at least Degree in related field.
At least 2 years of working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to communicate effectively, both speaking and writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Fast learner with basic knowledge of Power Point, Microsoft Words and Excel.
