1. To monitor production progress against production schedule from time to time and to analyze the schedule when necessary, based on customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements. 2. To liaise with related departments such as Store ,Assembly and Quality on a regular basis to ensure the continuation of product flow. 3. To provide solutions to improve production efficiency, equipment performance and product quality. 4. To flow down relevant information and to ensure effective communication to the production floor. 5. To maintain work discipline and monitor employee welfare on the production floor. 6. To be responsible for manpower planning and monitoring of jobs to justify overtime requirements. 7. To ensure that production floor Quality, Process and Safety procedures are met. 8. To prepare weekly / monthly production progress reports and suggest countermeasures for any production error due to issues related to quality, manpower and materials. 9. To ensure the safety working environment requirements are met. 10. To provide solution/ immediate action to such ad-hoc situation.
