Objectives of the position Support efficient and effective plant operations by constantly analysing the plant condition and providing relevant information. Leading the production reporting including but not limited to: Asset Effectivenes, SAP month end closing, Operations Database, etc. Main Tasks Monitor the Polymerization & THF processes to ensure a smooth, consistent and save production at in-spec quality. Assist the Production Manager at plant trouble shooting and to come up with improved operating procedure or instruction for process improvement & stabilization. Involve in detail study, Quality meeting with operations members for their knowledge development & improvement. Maintain and keep updated all production related SAP data. Support month end closing. Develop and review standard operating procedures, checklists and ensure all record are well maintained as required in ISO 90001. Involve in planned or unplanned plant start up and shutdown activities Assist the Production Manager to ensure that all environment, health and safety rules and guidelines are being adhered to and maintain high safety standards and safe working environment.
