Job Scope

To ensure that the assigned area of production lines produce the right quality standard and productivity as per company\'s objective in term of cost and profit.

Responsibilities

As Team Lead for production department.
Ensure all products produce by sewing lines are according to Company\'s quality standard and requirements.
To drive and ensure all sewing lines are efficient and meet Company\'s productivity standard.
Work together with Production Planning department to ensure production lines run smoothly according to Master Plan.
Work together with Quality Control department to minimize quality issues and defects.
Conduct training for all sewing workers.
Ensure all sewing machines and equipment for production is in good condition and set up on time to maintain production efficiency.
Ensure production working environment is clean, healthy and dynamic.

Requirement

Possess at least Bachelor\'s degree/Diploma in Textile Technology or any related/relevant field.
At least 4-6 years of working experience in garment or related industry.
Pleasant personality, team player
Willing to work extra hours when required
