Production Executive (process | Food Manufacturing)
Job Description
Your Roles : Manage daily operations and manpower scheduling for smooth production. Ensure production lines meet standards and targets. Monitor production outcomes and identify deviations. Supervise Batching section for raw material inventory and preparation. Strengthen safety culture and procedures in production. Investigate customer complaints with QA and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with Maintenance for machine issues and improvements. Build competent production teams following standards. Contribute to setting up WI and SOPs for processing. Aid in achieving cost targets (OEE, efficiency, yield, energy). Support production trials and meet product specifications.
