Job Description

1) Production Executive -Preferably 2 years of working experience in F&B manufacturing industry. -Experience in beverages manufacturing will be advantage. -Posses diploma or degree food technology/food science/food chemistry will be advantage -Knowledge in HACCP/GMP/ISO22000 will be added advantage -Posses strong supervisory skill & experience in handling a group of subordinate and foreign worker. -Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and mature in behavior -Must be pro-active, independent, self motivated, result oriented and willing to work with deadlines and in fast paced environment. -Hard working and able to work independently and willing to work beyond normal working hours. -Experience in production planning /scheduling /shift operation management preferred -Proficient written and verbal communication in Bahasa, English and Mandarin. Scope of Job -Manage and optimize the utilization a group of production work force at all times in meeting operations requirement. -Responsible in planning and coordinating production processes to ensure production runs smoothly at maximum output and quality, reliability and productivity. -Ensuring all production resources are available and adequate at all time in meeting production plan and target. -To ensure that subordinate staff performs well and is highly discipline and motivated. -To monitor operation performance to meet production KPI /Goals -Ensure all stage of process operation are in safe operating condition, meeting DOSH department requirement. -To produce daily, weekly, monthly report -To handle HACCP/GMP/ISO/ any other related document -To ensure production machineries, equipment and workplace are being properly maintained. -To coordinate all the production activities with others related department in order to ensure customer and local authorities department\xe2\x80\x99s requirements are met. -To interact with local authorities department, maintain record and obtain approval. Ensure compliance with related government rules and regulation. - On course to be a competent person whenever necessary.
