Job Description


Work Location : Persiaran Budiman, Seksyen 23 Shah Alam, Selangor Job Function Execute technical support tasks (safety & education) for production department to ensure effective workflow in production department. Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure Safety, Health & Environment requirements & compliances are in place.
  • Plan and execution of Safety, Health & Environment related promotion activities by own self or from SHE department.
  • Setting and tracking Safety, Health & Environment Budget Plan.
  • Documentation and record control in line with OH&S and Environmental requirement that comply with all legal as well as company regulations.
  • Management of emergency tools and equipment for Production such as First Aid, Spillage kit etc.
  • Participate & co-ordinate with related person in-charge to attend Monthly SHE Committee Meeting.
  • Participate & co-ordinate with related person in-charge for yearly internal & certification audit.
  • Monitor completion, execute & co-ordinate monthly patrol findings related to Overall Production.
  • Ensure schedule waste is managed properly (sorting, segregation, packaging, labelling & recording) within production area according to legal requirement.
  • Plan, execute and co-ordinate safety, health & environment improvement activity.
  • Plan, execute and co-ordinate internal or external training for Production Staff.
  • Monitor, update and co-ordinate necessary activity for staff skill levels and review by yearly basis.
  • To participate company activities (5S, Safety, Environment & Energy, Budget Plan, ISO Documentation, etc.) as assigned.
  • To perform any tasks assigned by superior or HOD as and when required.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health / Engineering (mechanical, industrial, chemical) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience as Production Officer in manufacturing industry.
  • Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
  • Excellent oral and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent computer and Microsoft Office literacy with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Analyze data, produce comprehensive report and make presentation.
