Job Description
Job Scope To ensure that the assigned area of production lines produce the right quality standard and productivity as per company\'s objective in term of cost and profit. Major Responsibilities
- Ensure that each sewing line has the necessary staff to train and motivate all sewers to perform well by achieving company\'s target.
- Coordinate with PPCD with regard to style combination input to the lines so as to ensure and effectiveness of the sewing lines will be established and progressive growth is being made periodically.
- Improves and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the lines to the highest level so that healthy and safe working environment is created through safe working method.
- Monitor the daily work logs of all assigned subordinates to maximize the productivity in reaching target set.
- To develop sewing supervisor able to handle their task independently.
- Other task to be assign from time to time.
