Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist the immediate superior to establish and maintain work procedures (SOI and SOP) to meet ISO standard. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist the immediate superior in specific areas of production function and operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in recommendation and implementations for improving production methods, equipment\xe2\x80\x99s handling, machine efficiency and quality of work. \xe2\x80\xa2 To suggest and recommend changes in working condition to make it more conducive. \xe2\x80\xa2 To suggest and recommend changes and measures to improve machine efficiency and maximise output with reduced wastage. \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor productions with high wastages and ways to reduce them. \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise with planning and work in progress control sections on production to avoid under/over production and monitoring work in progress movements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure ISO 9001 and food safety system requirements are followed accordingly \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare production weekly and monthly reporting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake such other duties as assigned by superior.
