This includes ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently and that all employees are performing their tasks correctly and safely.Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the production line, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Train and supervise production line staff, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
• Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Manage budgets and production costs, and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a manager role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods.
• Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
