Job Description

Plan, organize, and control daily food production according to demand from outlets Manage production schedules, batch cooking, and workflow efficiency Ensure all food products meet quality, taste, portion, and presentation standards Ensure full compliance with

food safety standards

(HACCP, GMP, hygiene, sanitation) Monitor raw material usage, wastage, yield, and expiry control (FIFO/FEFO) Coordinate with Purchasing, QA, Warehouse, and Distribution teams Supervise and lead kitchen supervisors, cooks, and production staff Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and equipment maintenance Implement continuous improvement to improve productivity and reduce food cost Handle audits, inspections, and internal food safety checks Prepare daily/weekly production, wastage, and manpower reports
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
